From what you’ve described here, it sounds like your orders were placed through Best Buy Canada, rather than Best Buy here in the U.S. Please know these Support Forums are designed to assist customers who’ve purchased with us either through BestBuy.com, or our brick and mortar stores here in the U.S., and as such, we’ll be unable to review your orders further, and offer the assistance you might be looking for.
