Item delivered not item ordered

I ordered three items from Best Buy first time online and will be my last. two got here alright

The third item a computer was not delivered they sent some kind of webcam

The tracking number on my receipt is the same as the ups package they sent it is a bag with small box this bag would not fit the computer the order number for the computer is different then the order number on the bag just under the bestbuy brand name

I ordered the computer on the 26 it was supposed to be delivered buy Jan 4 it didn’t come I called they told me it was sitting in the warehouse then I said cancel it they said they couldn’t

The package I ordered was from thunder bay the package they sent was from b c now I have to wait for them to figure it out they owe me $673.11

I was Leary about ordering a computer on line from bestbuy but I did it anyway I should have stuck with my intuition

Needles to say resolved or not I will never shop in store or online at best buy

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  From what you’ve described here, it sounds like your orders were placed through Best Buy Canada, rather than Best Buy here in the U.S.  Please know these Support Forums are designed to assist customers who’ve purchased with us either through BestBuy.com, or our brick and mortar stores here in the U.S., and as such, we’ll be unable to review your orders further, and offer the assistance you might be looking for.

 

With that said, our neighbors to the north in Best Buy Canada have a few different options to get in touch with their support teams, and I’m optimistic they’ll be able to look into these orders further and explore what additional options might be available.  If you haven’t done so yet, I recommend reaching out at either 1-866-BESTBUY or 1-866-237-8289, or visiting the Help Centre on BestBuy.ca, for further assistance.

I called them many times since Jan 4 zero help if you have problems in your warehouse you should not take it out on your customers slice your problems
