I ordered an item and it was delivered with the hard plastic store security case that requires one of their store tools to open it still on it. This means that I have to drive all the way to a Best Buy store location and have them unlock it. Can Best Buy please do a better job of training their employees? I think with proper training careless errors like this wouldn't happen. Now I have to spend my entire afternoon fixing Best Buy's error.
