I ordered a movie and I was supposed to receive on the 21st of December. There was a delay which was understandable due to it being the holidays. However, it's been three weeks and I haven't received the item and the item hasn't changed in the tracking.
I'm a bit confused as to what I'm supposed to do. I can't cancel it because it's marked as shipped, but it's not going anywhere.
