Item Not Delivered

I need to know how to get a refund or an item re-shipped.  Tracking shows it was received, but there was nothing?  I do not want to call a number, don't have time to wait on the phone.

Hi there, JwCarle, 

 

First you will want to check with your neighbors, any main office that may be at your home, and with the carrier to see if they can provide you with an update on your package. Once you've done that, let us know and we can talk about next steps if needed.

I checked with everyone and the Post Office and came up empty.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks
