Hello,

Today I had a package delivered by BestBuy.com and everything was in great shape and I was very happy. However, one of my items that was supposed to be in the package was missing. I double checked to make sure it wasn’t sent separately, but the website shows it was supposed to be in the package I received today. It shows the item as delivered with the package I got.

Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.
