Thank you all for taking the time to shop with us for digital iTunes gift cards, and for reaching out when your purchases didn't go as planned. We expect digital orders to be processed pretty smoothly, as well as quickly, though I understand some of you may have been waiting for a couple days. We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention! Currently, we are aware of an issue with our digital iTunes fulfillment, and are digging into what may be going on so that it can be resolved.
In the interim, I know you are all eager to get your hands on your purchase! We would first encourage you to make sure the email with the gift card didn't end up in your Spam or Junk folders, or if you have a Gmail email address, any Promotional or Advertising folders. I have ordered Apple $50 Gift card (digital delivery) on March 18th and there is no sign of email instructions still. Order showed status as completed and I have checked all folders (Inbox, Promotions, Junk, Trash as per general guidance). However, email for 4months free Apple Music landed to my inbox 10 minutes after order confirmation and processed payment. It would be highly appreciated if you can ensure email instruction is resent as soon as possible or advise on refund procedure if you can't resolve this in a timely maner.
Same message was sent originaly to BBY agent (along with details that were requested).

I too am waiting for a code for my digital iTunes gift card, I have even called tech support and they assured me I would have it in a few hours, that was at 1pm. Still nothing, this is ridiculous.
