I purchased a 25 itunes gift card but only received apple music code and not the 25 gift card code.

On Monday the 23rd I purchased a $50 iTunes/App Store gift card and it has now been two days and I still have'nt received my code to redeem. I did receive the one for the Apple Music, but no code for the $50. On my Best Buy account it says that both emails have been sent, even though they didn't.

Hi, I purchased a $100 iTunes digital card on Monday and haven't received the iTunes digital code yet. I recieved the initial e-mail that confirmed my order from Bestbuy.com but didn't receive the follow up e-mail with the digital code yet. But when I look at my account on this order it says that they have sent me the digital code but it still hasn't arrived yet. I realize the time and stress that we are all in and understand for some of the delay. Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated, Thank You.

Hi, so I purchased a digital iTunes gift card and got the confirmation. It then said it’s been sent/delivered but I can’t find the email anywhere? I checked spam and it’s not there either someone help because I haven’t gotten the email !!

Same here! It happened today and I ordered online for A$15 itunes gift card, but haven’t received the redeem code except for the Apple music one. I’ve done this multiple times before and this never happened to me until now. Has this ever been solved?
