There are several of us with issues with ITunes/Apple GC. I ordered a $50 one yesterday 3/18 (12PM est) and removed the Apple Music from my cart. The only thing I received was confirmation of my order via email. No email with instructions for using the card. Thinking it was the product I ordered a $25 one as well a few hours later - same thing. I’m a multi year Elite Plus member and can’t get a reply on the thread and the Chat says I’m #100 and need to wait 15 minutes... 9 minutes in it times out and says “Sorry, we’ve experienced a problem from inactivity.” Sorry Leslie for piggybacking on your thread, but I just someone to acknowledge.

We expect digital orders to be processed pretty smoothly, as well as quickly, though I understand some of you may have been waiting for a couple days. iTunes digital gift card code not received

As I’ve read from many other posts on here I’ve yet to receive my iTunes digital gift card code. I got a free code for Apple Music but nothing regarding my iTunes gift card. When I check my order on Best Buy it says that instructions were sent to my email but they never were, I only received instructions for the Apple Music code.

Apple $50 Gift card (digital delivery) - issue with email instructions delivery

I have ordered Apple $50 Gift card (digital delivery) on March 18th and there is no sign of email instructions still. Order showed status as completed and I have checked all folders (Inbox, Promotions, Junk, Trash as per general guidance). However, email for 4months  free Apple Music landed to my inbox 10 minutes after order confirmation and processed payment. It would be highly appreciated if you can ensure email instruction is resent as soon as possible or advise on refund procedure if you can't resolve this in a timely maner.

 

Same message was sent originaly to BBY agent (along with details that were requested).

I ordered an iTunes gift card about 11 hours ago, still haven’t received the code.

Same issues as you live chat keeps disconnecting and I get no help anywhere

Same, I ordered an iTunes gift card more than 24 hours ago, haven’t received the code either. Live chat keeps disconnecting for me as well. I called customer service, I was transferred 4 times and finally the representative said that she would email the department in charge and email me the code again. I still haven’t received anything

I too am waiting for a code for my digital iTunes gift card, I have even called tech support and they assured me I would have it in a few hours, that was at 1pm. Still nothing, this is ridiculous.

I've also purchased one 12 hours ago and only recieved the Apple Music stuff and not my actual gift card.
