Issues with Best Buy app

There are issues with the Best Buy mobile app. I'm attempting to view mobile audio (earbuds) and each time I get to this section, there's an error stating this page can't be loaded.. What's the point of having a mobile app if it's not going to display available products?

Thanks for reaching out. I do a lot of my online shopping through mobile apps, and I know encountering errors like this are never welcome. I'd be happy to see if I can assist with this. 

 

In most cases, errors in our app can be resolved by clearing the app's cache. From my understanding, for iOS versions of the app, this may need to be done through uninstalling and reinstalling the app. On the Android version of the app, this should be able to be done using the following steps:

  1. Go to your device settings
  2. Select Apps
  3. Locate and select the Best Buy app
  4. Select Storage
  5. Select the Clear cache option

If this does not work, it's advised to verify that your app is updated to the latest version. Lastly, uninstalling and reinstalling will typically work.

Ultimately I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it in order to access the earbuds section. This seems to be a regular occurrence with the app not working correctly. Last time I had issues with it, it was entire section missing from the app (movies). I'd like to not have to uninstall the app every so often just because some part of it isn't working as it should.

I'm glad to hear that worked for you. I haven't experienced or heard of any issues with the app like this prior to your post. As mentioned with the steps above, most of these types of issues are related to the device and the cache.
