Hi. I'm having some issues purchasing from your store. I'm using an international debit card and followed the instructions on placing international orders but for some reason, it keeps getting canceled. I know you don't ship to forwarding addresses so I opted for a pickup option so my brother would pick it up on my behalf. I ordered a Nintendo Switch with accessories back in 2018 and that order was successful but that debit card has long since expired. I had to go through verification by email and by phone with my bank and debit card information before I was able to use the card and was wondering if that's the reason my orders are being canceled.

Your bank may have over sensitive fraud protection on it. However it's true if you attempt to use an address as a frieght forwarder it will cancel automatically.
You can have your bank supress these warnings but it may open your card up to more potential fraud.

I just gave them a call this morning and it's all good from their end. Maybe something has changed on the site over the last few years. I may have to go through the verification process again if that is still a thing and see if that will work. Thanks for the help.

Hello, iRoger88,
Welcome to our forums! It’s always nice to hear we’ve got customers abroad interested in shopping with us, and I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us with your question.
As it sounds like you’re aware, there are steps you’ll need to follow if using a non-U.S. billing address to place your order, as outlined in our International Orders Help Center article. It’s also possible that your orders are rejected at your bank or credit card company’s end, if they’re not made aware of orders being placed with your card, with an address they’re not familiar with. Finally, if you’ve been attempting to make multiple orders in a row, all of which have been cancelled, our system may have also begun to cancel your orders as a security measure, as it would assume your card has been compromised.
If you’re still having trouble placing orders through our site after following the steps above, feel free to send me a private message with:
As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this information out of the public view of our forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, to get this sent my way.
Regards,
