Issue with price of item changing after submitting order

Is there someone I can speak with regarding a change in price after order submitted?

Were you overcharged for something, or looking to get a refund for a lower price? If you placed an order online and plan to pick it up at the store, your card should automatically be charged for the lower price if it changed right after you checked out online. If the price raised afterwards, you should still only have to pay the price that was listed at checkout.

 

How does your price match policy apply to purchases made using store pickup?
If you purchase a new item at BestBuy.com (which includes a purchase from a Smartphone application/website, BestBuy.com orders with store pickup, and orders from the kiosk inside a Best Buy store) and if the item is offered at a lower price in the store when you pick it up, you will automatically be charged the lower price. Excludes employee discount purchases.

Price changed after order was submitted and order confirmation didn't come through until 2 hours later in email.

Did the price go up or down? Did the confirmation email show the old or new price?

Welcome back to the forum and thanks for reaching out! I would want to make sure I understood what price I was paying for my item, too. @Sam15 has great info here already and asks some wonderful questions so that we can review this situation further.

 

Beyond clarification on if the price went up or down and what price showed in your confirmation email, can you also please send over a private message with some other details? I’ll need:
