I just confirmed an order for a Verizon Iphone X online a few hours ago and got a text message saying that there was an issue with the order. It provided a phone number that was different from the Customer Care number that would pop up if you searched online. I tried connecting, but it says that it is past the company hours already. Can somebody help me find out what the issue is with my order? Or at least get connected to a real Bestbuy employee? Thank you.
