Issue not receiving digital gift cards

I have got a few recently with no issues and delivered within minutes but have been waiting awhile for these 2. I have read all the faq and all the other pages. It's been stuck on order received. I have tried online support but referred me to telephone support because there was an issue with my "order journey" I call them got the run around and put on hold every 20 seconds for 60 seconds at a time got zero answers and ended up just hanging up because she didn't understand anything. I was just seeing if someone had answers and if there is anything I need to do or some I need to talk to to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time

Not 100% sure on this but Some orders are held additionally for verification purposes for fraud and security reasons so it may just be why its delayed.

Welcome to our forums!  As you’ve mentioned, digital orders like the gift cards you’re waiting for are usually delivered pretty quickly after your order is processed, so it’s disappointing to hear there seems to be a delay with two of your most recent orders with us.


hockeycanuckjc is correct here, in that sometimes an order may take a bit longer to verify your information, especially if you’ve been placing multiple orders in a row, in quick succession.  I’d like to take a look at the two gift card orders you’re still waiting for to see if this might be the case, but I’ll need some information from you to do so.  If you could send me a private message with:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order numbers


This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our Support Forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to get this sent my way.
