Hi... i went through the process of ordering the iphone x. and when i was done, it told me i had to go instore to pay $150 to complete my order... I didnt get any confirmation of my order and now my upgrade eligibility is gone when i tried to do it again.
is my order being held? if so, how can they find it in the system
