I have concerns about my order. I find it strange that my order could possibly be canceled if it doesn't arrive by the 4th. Will I not have another option to order then? Why can't it just stay pending until inventory arrives? If you look online it says if you order now it will arrive in 3 days for the 14 pro max 512gb in silver, but I pre-ordered on the 9th the first day it was available. 

Also in regard to the $800 trade in promotion for Verizon the details for this are very vague. It says that in the fine print it's either an immediate discount or it's credited monthly. So if I were to trade in the Samsung Galaxy 10e and buy an iPhone at retail price in store it would be an immediate discount of $800? I asked a Best Buy sales rep on the phone this and he said that was correct. Seems too good to be true, and I dont understand how that would work since the promo is from Verizon.

In the meantime I have an Apple Watch 8 and Airpods pro that I purchased from best buy gathering dust.
