I've had 3 bad customer experiences with Best Buy this week. I went to the a local store to purchase an Apple Watch that was listed as available. I drove 15 miles to learn the inventory was not correct and that product was not available. I ordered an Apple Watch 10/14/2019. That order was canceled because the product was not available. The hold for that order still exists on my credit card account. I ordered an Apple Watch 10/15/2019. That order was canceled because the product was not available. I now have two holds on my credit card account both in excess of $400 for products that were not available. I contacted customer care tonight. I was given a callous response that people complain about the inventory issues all the time and I can just purchase another product. I cannot purchase another product because I have two active holds on my credit card account which reduces my available credit. I need to have available credit. Besides, why would I continue to do the same thing (make purchases) and expect different results? That's insanity. Best Buy is a technology store. They are supposed to sale the latest and greatest technology, but strangely their inventory system is less than sophisticated. Best Buy needs to do better.

Thanks for taking the time to connect with us here on the Forums!
We hope that our Inventory systems can be as up to date as possible so that things like this don't happen. I'm sorry that in the end it was still troublesome to try and place these orders with us, and I know that I'd be wanting some help with that too.
Have these charges dropped as of yet? If not, I'd be happy to see what I can find out for you on our end. Let me know and we can certainly move forward in the proper manner!
