I ordered Vidbox VHS to DVD 9.0 from Best Buy online, I installed it on my laptop, when opening the program it asks for a product key, I entered the product key located on the sleeve of the installation cd. It says invalid product key. I have entered it many times, making sure I have it correct, still not working. I emailed Vidbox but no response yet. Thank you!

I did two things and now it works.....not sure which one (or if both) fixed it.

Went to Vidbox.com and registered the product via the Product key.

Then I unintalled the software and went directly to the vidbox company download page

I downloaded the software from there instead of the disk that came in the box.

From there it accepted the Product Key and is working fine now!
