Invalid Activation Code for Digital Download Purchase

Looking for assistance. Recently purchased a VPN 1 year subscription and received an Activation Code that, after entering, received a message stating the code was invalid. Any assistance would be great. Thanks.

Bobby. Good morning. Thank you for reaching out. Just got off the phone with Best Buy Customer Support and they advised the issue may have been the NordVPN product was outdated or no longer supported. The order was canceled and funds refunded. But would it be possible to confirm that the product/subscription is outdated or no longer supported. Thank you.

There is still a Nord VPN product that Best Buy is selling, so I cannot say for certain if the item you were purchasing was out of date. Please feel free to provide me with your full name, phone number, email address, and order number, so that I can research this further.
