I'm an international customer who placed an online order to be picked up at a BestBuy store (North Riverside, IL). I paid with my foreign debit card, and according to the instruction, I used the following billing address:
10780 Kempwood Dr. Houston, TX 77043
The payment went trough and my card was charged. Unfortunately. two hours later I received an email informing me about the cancellation of my order, reason undisclosed.
I'm looking forward to receiving help from the support team and to hopefully resolving this issue.
