International order cancelled

Greetings! I'm writing this because some hours ago I ordered a laptop. The payment was discounted from my account but later the store canceled the order. I don't know (and I need to know) if the money is going to be refunded to my bank account (it hasn't).

Also I would like to know why the order was canceled, in the email they just indicated "we were unable to verify your information" without letting me know what was wrong in order not to do it while trying again. I did what you indicate for non-U.S. billing address with a store pickup person.

Whenever we cancel an order we will refund it and generally provide any information we have available, such as the email you received. Most refunds will be processed within seven days. However, some financial institutions can take up to one billing cycle.
