I'm trying to purchase some digital games. After a few minutes after completing the purchase, I received an email telling me that the order was cancelled with the following information:
"Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order."
As I am not an US resident, I introduced the 10780 Kempwood Dr. Houston address I found on the International Orders section from the Customer service Help, but to no avail.
Is there any way to complete this purchase?
I have some friends living in the US. If it is necesary, I may ask them to put their address in the checkout page, but I think it would be pointless, considering I am trying to purchase digital games.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the post! Having an order not go through can be a bit of a let down, especially when you're unsure of the exact reason.
