International Order Placing and Account sign-in issue

Hi Bestbuy team,

 

I was trying to place order using US shipping address (which is US resident address, not freight forwarder address) and billing address which is 10780 Kempwood Dr. Houston, TX 77043 as you guided for international order, but the order was immediately cancelled. 

 

My ORDER # {removed per forum guidelines}

 

Please help me out what was the problem.

 

And another issue with my BB Account is everytime i sign in back i get this notice: "The email or password did not match our records. Please try again." Then i have to reset my account to sign in, it is really annoying. 

 

Please help me to solve these problems.
