I'm trying to buy an item to be delivered to a US location, but just after I place my order the payment is cancelled. I checked with my bank and there's no problem on the card.
I used this address as a billing address:

I'm sorry to hear that your order was cancelled. I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. Just to double-check, is the order being created with shipping to a home within the United States? We may be unable to ship to freight-forwarders, warehouses, and some hotels.

Correct, viccsouza. This may be causing the order to cancel out. If you don’t have a residential order to deliver it to, maybe you should look into doing an In-Store Pickup. Let us know if you have any other questions.
