I purchased an item online. You shipped via UPS which transferred delivery to USPS which is now saying the item was returned to sender for Insufficient Address. I'd like to know where my package is. I don't want a refund. I want the item I purchased on Thursday. Can I pick it up in store?

Well it is enroute back to the shipping center then at this time.

Have you had issues with UPS deliveries at this address before?

Sometimes for various classificaitons of packages UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Apartments.

What type of address did you use.  Do not post your address here

Did you use something like Rural Route or APO/FPO.  Were you having it delivered to a business?

The short answer is it's too late now, you will get a refund
