I bought my new freezer last Monday through a store pick-up.
Since then, our family have been not able to stay in the livingroom because of the loud noise..
It makes a sound like a big machine..
I throw out the box, under the belief that this will be gone once stablized, but it wasn't.
Plus, there is a dent in the edges. What should I do?

Please bring that back in to us for an exchange under our Return & Exchange Promise. Because this is a major appliance, you'll have 15 days to get that done from the day of your purchase.
We should be able to get you a working freezer that is dent free.

I have questions.
- I read that return can be denied if there is a dent in the product ; Do I need to prove that it has a dent from the first place?
- Does the restocking fee applied in this case (Defective product)?
- Return without box -- okay?

We should be able to take a return without a box no problem, and there is no restocking fee on appliance returns unless they are special order, which this is not.
Under that Return & Exchange Promise, we don't accept damaged items back, so your freezer will be subject to an inspection. We'll need to get hands on with it to determine if it is returnable The final determination will be made by the store. Based on your post, this damage occurred before it was in your possession, so we'll take that into account when making that decision.
