Insignia 42' few issues with my new purchase.

Good Evening, 

 

Let me preface this by saying model number is 42F201NA23.

 

I've noticed tonight that my Insignia 42 is skipping a bit while I'm gaming it seems that it happens roughly every 15-20 ( maybe 25 at the most )  seconds while I'm moving. Now I did notice that there was an update that just dropped and I downloaded that, changed out the HDMI cord as well and still not change. I did not notice this happning last night when I was playing nor this morning. The only thing that I added to the TV was Peacock, HBO max as well as Hulu. All things considered I didn't think that would cause an issue, but I went ahead and deleted all three and restarted my TV. 

 

Attempted to play again and noticed that the same thing was happening, I was trying my best not to do a factory reset, given that was the only changes I did today is there anything else I can potentially do? 

 

I know my main issue was screen skipping, but I'm also noticing the sound is all over the place with this TV as well, it seems to be quiet on the bootup of either one of my game systems, scrolling through the menu is quiet as well; but the moment you get into a game the volume becomes normal ( or whatever it's set at ) and generally my TV isn't too loud as the sound is set between 12 and 14, but for some reason everything just sounds louder.

One thing I thought about was the Wi-Fi seeing if that might be an issue, I turned that off and was still hit with the same issue via both the Xbox as well as the Playstation. At this point I'm not sure what the problem is or how to fix it, but I suppose a factory reset is the only thing left I can do on my end. After that I'm guessing a return or exchange might be in order?
