I am trying to return 2 Bose speaker wall brackets, I have had them less then a month, but no longer need due to returning the speakers.
I just spent 2 hours with Christina then her supeprvisor Cy, only to have both tell me that the return policy is 15 days (what compay uses 15 days as their returns?), and they cxould not do anything to override the policy.
Both kept telling me to take the products to the local Best Buy and see if the manager would override. I explained that I have done this, and was told no. I cannot just drive all over to random Best Buys to hope a manager will accept the return.
Ive worked in call centers and in retail, I hacve never seen a company so inflexible to work with the customer. I would like corparate to contact me and explain why you cannot take a return that is less than 30 days old, and argue it over $70.

Just to join forces before Best Buy closes this forum (wonder why):
I feel my situation is similar to yours in that a "social media specialist" from Best Buy is, in your case, trying to extent Best Buy's return period past 15 days. In my case it was denied a Price Match due to the "system". I can assume you will get denied as well as the "social media specialist" role is limited as far as overriding andthing the "system" doesn't allow. if you get approved, please let me know if you can. this is my post on the forum.
