Incredibly simple, but Best Buy can't figure it out

Extremely simple:

a) I bought a stove

b) I returned the stove because it was damaged in transit

Date charged

1/5/2020            $1329.32

3/6/2020            $1329.32

3/6/2020            $1309.33

2/4/2020            ($1329.32)

3/3/2020            ($1309.33)

I am missing a credit.  Not rocket science.

Re: Incredibly simple, but Best Buy can't figure it out

Good afternoon, User937677,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the charges you're seeing on your end after returning a stove that was potentially damaged in transit. I apologize for the delay in our reply as we are a bit backed up due to higher than normal volumes. I know receiving anything in less than pristine condition is far from ideal, so I'm glad we were able to facilitate a return for you. With that said, I understand there's still some concerns surrounding the charges you're seeing. I would be delighted to take a closer look at this with you, so please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page for my private message.
