Incorrect product and cannot use it

Ordered SIMS 4 CATS AND DOGS expansion add on for the SIMS 4 PS4 game I just ordered for my child. I was expecting a little card in the mail with the code to download the add on - on the PLAYSTATION, like is common for such games.

The PS4 game(purchased from target but am happy to prove I did just buy the ps4 version if necessary) arrived already and I was checking on the cats and dogs expansion.
Apparently best buy sent a digital code by email for WINDOWS.

I don't even have a computer in my house, we only have tablets and ipads currently, I don't have a PC and certainly have never had a gaming computer suitable for loading such a large game. I haven't downloaded the code obviously because I have nothing to download it to or with. A best buy employee can check and see it's unused.

It was only $20 roughly and if I had a proper PC I'd just keep it and buy a copy of the game for the computer as well, but I don't have one. I have absolutely no use for this product.

Best buy could send me a code for that expansion that will work for PS4 and deactivate the windows expansion I was sent. Or you could just cancel the order and I will go purchase one of those cards with the download code on it, in person, so I can make sure I get the proper format. It's only $20, but helping me out here or resolving this issue would definitely help foster some good feelings between myself and this company. I can eat it on a $20 purchase, sure, but I won't be shopping at best buy for a long time.

I still want the product, I just cannot use in its current format it was sent to me.

My child's birthday is today and I have yet to give the actual game to them because it feels incomplete until I can tell them when to expect it

I'm sure it is frustrating to find out that the expansion you purchased is not what you thought you were ordering, and now you don't have everything for your child's birthday. If you ordered the PS4 expansion then that is what you should have received. Keep in mind that we are not able to return or exchange digital content once a customer has received it.
