Incorrect order status

When looking for a Nintendo switch, and other items, it said that my store had them in stock. I ordered it April 3rd. I had purchased them for in store pickup. One of my items were ready for pickup that same day, but it said the other two were preparing for pickup April 11th, which is today. When I noticed that it still said preparing for pickup today, I spoke with someone at Best Buy and they said that my store infact did not have it in stock, and actually ordered it from another store. They said that my order status was correct and to wait until the end of the day for pickup confirmation. It has now passed the stores closing time, and it still say preparing for pickup today. Obviously now that the store is closed, I will not be getting a confirmation email to pick it up today. And they are also closed tomorrow so I won’t be able to get it then either, if it would have even arrived. I am unsure where my item is, or when I will receive it and was given incorrect information as to where it is and when it will be arriving on the website. The screen still says preparing for pickup today.
