I am new to the forum. Here is my case.
On November 6, 2019, I ordered a Macbook online as a present for my sister. On November 7, 2019, I received a package with a signature confirmation from UPS. When I opened the package, I was surprised to see a "Die Hard DVD - 30th-anniversary edition" instead of the Macbook that I ordered. I called customer service, but there has been no resolution.

Welcome to our community. I can only imagine what it might be like to cope with a situation like what you've described. It is ever our goal to ensure that your orders are filled accurately and arrive promptly and I am quite unhappy to hear that the opposite seems to have occurred for you. I regret that a solution has not been as forthcoming as you hoped.

It appears that you were informed earlier today that an investigation is currently in progress and that you should be contacted with the result of those efforts in 2-3 business days.
