Incorrect order description

I bought a new Logitech G703 Wireless Mouse, it was suppose to be brand new, but I received a used one. Then contacted an Bestbuy rep about this and he promised that I will get a replacement that is brand new. Case ID : {removed per forum guidelinesI received the replacement yesterday, again, another used mouse. It's not even close to new, dust on the surface of the mouse and scratches on the skates. Contacted another bestbuy rep about this, but he can't do anything but initiate a return. What a waste of time, now I need to drop it off at the UPS store.
