Incorrect iPad Model in Package

I bought an Open Box iPad 7th Generation on the Best Buy website for $290.99. It was even labeled "Open Box Geek Squad CERTIFIED"... but you guys failed to realize that it was, in fact, the WRONG iPad model in the box. Inside the box was an iPad 6TH GENERATION. I'm very disappointed with the careless acts of your "Geek" Squad; I even brought it to Best Buy today, amidst this pandemic, to see if I could get an exchange for the actual iPad that I paid for, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. My order confirmation number is: {removed per forum guidelines} and the Open Box ID for the *WRONG* iPad is: {removed per forum guidelines}. I really hope you guys can do something about this otherwise I will no longer be shopping with you at Best Buy.
