Incorrect Product Listing

To Whomever it May Ever Concern,


I recently ordered a Black Pumas record from this page:

As stated in the item's title/listing/whatever you'd like to call it it's supposed to be the black and red splatter edition, which looks like this: {removed per forum guidelines}


Instead of getting that edition I received the plain cream version, which looks like this: {removed per forum guidelines}


Now, the color of the vinyl is PURELY aesthetic, so I'm not trying to exchange it and throw out a perfectly good pressing, but also I'm kind of bummed because I didn't get what I ordered. 


I don't want to sit on the phone waiting for customer service for something that's hardly worthy of their time, and I don't want to drive 40 minutes to try and explain this to some poor retail worker who will probably not have the time to do anything about it either. 


So yeah, just maybe pass this along or something?

Welcome to our forums!  My apologies for the delay in our response to your post, as we’ve been experiencing a slight backlog on our Support Forums over the past few days, and it’s caused us to reply to our customers a bit later than we’d typically expect.
