On October 30, 2020, I purchased some video games on Bestbuy.com.
Some were available via store pickup, and two other items were to be shipped to my home.
However, upon receiving a news about its Black Friday pricing, I've decided to wait.
Then I cancelled all of store pickup items and returned the two video games I'd received at home, using prepaid shipping labels to your return center/warehouse.
While I was cancelling store pickup items, something strange happened to me.
The system showed me a warning message about "not being able to apply promotion price" and charged me an additional amount to my credit card.
Although I thought it's weird, I decided to wait 'till the entire refund including return-by-mail items finished processing.
I was under impression that your system would eventually fixed its own error and I'd be receiving a correct refund at the end.
However, it didn't happen.
Although I cancelled all store pickup items and returned all ship-to-home items, there's still an outstanding balance on this order, which I hadn't been yet credited.
I would appreciate if any of specialists on this forum could reach out to me.
Then I would be able to provide more detail, e.g. order #, etc.

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I'm sorry to hear you are still awaiting your full refund. This sounds a bit like a bundle discount. From our Return & Exchange Promise: "If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased." However, it sounds as if you have returned all items, so I would be happy to take a closer look into this.
Please send us a private message with your full name, email address, phone number, and order number and I can get started!
