Inactive account

I have a gift card thats worth 75$ 

Everytime I try to use it online it says "inactive account" 

Help?

There is no reason to "bump" a post, your post will be answered in the order in which it was made.  Bumping will not get you a reply quicker and may lead to your forum access becoming restricted.

For clarification, was this in regards to a Best Buy gift card? If so, was this purchased through Best Buy or another retailer?
