There is no reason to "bump" a post, your post will be answered in the order in which it was made. Bumping will not get you a reply quicker and may lead to your forum access becoming restricted.

Thank you for taking the time to join our community, and for your continued patience as we've had a higher volume of contacts recently. I can understand your concerns regarding that error message with the gift card you purchased, and I would like the opportunity to assist however possible.
For clarification, was this in regards to a Best Buy gift card? If so, was this purchased through Best Buy or another retailer?
