Inaccurate Product Description, Again

I checked online for unlocked cell phones and found a Moto Z3 Play. This is the website:

So I bought it.

I took it home and lo and behold, there is no Power Pack. The description on the site is below:

What's Included
  • Motorola Moto Z3 Play
  • 3000 mAh Battery
  • USB-C to 3.5 jack adapter, TurboPower charger, Moto Power Pack (2220 mAh)

So I requested that Best Buy provide the missing iten from my package. I was refused on the phone. Then I was refused online. Then I was told to try and argue with the manager who had the audacity to try and make me pay a restocking fee. I always wondered if or when Best Buy would fix its customer service game...I learned the hard way how little they care.

Hello, I'm in the same boat. I bought the Z3 Play last week and set it all up, and went to attach the 2220mah power pack, and the package didn't have the pack. The online listing says-   What's Included
  • Motorola Moto Z3 Play
  • 3000 mAh Battery
  • USB-C to 3.5 jack adapter, TurboPower charger, Moto Power Pack (2220 mAh)

How do we get the power pack that was suposed to be included?
