I checked online for unlocked cell phones and found a Moto Z3 Play. This is the website:
So I bought it.
I took it home and lo and behold, there is no Power Pack. The description on the site is below:
So I requested that Best Buy provide the missing iten from my package. I was refused on the phone. Then I was refused online. Then I was told to try and argue with the manager who had the audacity to try and make me pay a restocking fee. I always wondered if or when Best Buy would fix its customer service game...I learned the hard way how little they care.
