In store pickup not updating

I have ordered 2 ps4 games from bestbuy.com and when I ordered them yesterday the store never received the order and wouldn’t fulfill my order. Their solution was to cancel the order and have me redo it online again. I have done that and the order status still says preparing and when I called bestbuy they said it would be ready any minute and yet again it’s not ready today and store again says it’s not in their system to fulfill the order. This is stupid. I’m an hour away from a store so when I’m in town I like to just swing by and get it. It’s easier to order online and pick up later on but whatever is happening is preventing that from happening.
