I placed an online in-store order for pick up at the San Marcos Tx Best Buy on Sept 12th. I was notified I had until the 18th to pick it up. I received an email yesterday evening that the order has been picked up. I or anyone else has not been to the store to pick it up. I have been on hold for over an hour now with the San Marcos store trying to get this resolved. I have ordered several items for in-store pick up at this store and this has never happened before. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome back to our community forums. Most of my orders are for in-store pickup so I can imagine your surprise to see that this order has been marked as completed before you were able to visit the store. I appreciate you letting us know about this and would be happy to see how I can help.
