In stock at local store

I have the Best Buy app setup to show me what's in stock at my local store, but I believe this is not working. When I search for the item I want and click on it, it shows up as not available at my local store. I know that the app doesn't show real time information, but I think the item I am looking for has been out of stock at my local store and all surrounding stores within 100 miles for over 24 hours.

It is possible that all of those stores are out, Best Buy doesn't get stock replenishment on a daily basis for most products - It's usually twice to three times a week depending on the store. It is also possible that the app could be mistaken, your best bet is to contact your local store and see if they can give you any insight on to what is going on with the item.

In regard to the topic at hand, stock quantities and what's displayed online and via our application are maintained regularly. We always try to have up-to-date figures being shown at all times so that you can always know where and when you can get your item. @geishafish is correct to say that depending on the store, inventory is delivered some two or three times a week, which is then updated in our inventory system to reflect on our online platforms. 

 

If you were wondering about a specific item, let me know the SKU number and your local store, and I can investigate into that for you.

As it turns out, I did not have the in stock at local store option turned on as I thought I did. It looks like I'll have to order online for shipment.
