Getting new MacBook's is a big deal, so we appreciate that you decided to place your order with us. That said, this is a far cry from the shopping experience we intended for you. As someone who keeps a close eye on my tracking numbers, I can imagine how much more stressful it would make the delay to not be able to view the updates yourself.
