I placed an order for in-store pickup and changed the pick-up person yesterday. Once I did that, the change did not seem to go through (which has happened once before) and the pick up order ended up stuck as if it was "getting it ready" again even though it had been ready for pickup before I changed the pick-up person.
I was able to pick up the game even though they struggled with processing it at the store. I don't think they ultimately did process it. I do have the game, but it seems like I could cancel the order if I wanted to.
My main issue is that I only ordered this version of this game because it came with a $10 e-gift card promo which won't be sent until it shows I've picked up the order.
I can send the order number via PM when ready (if it doesn't get resolved by then).

It is always nice to hear from you. Often, our customers need to have a friend or family member pick their merchandise up on their behalf. That is a rather simple modification, which is why it is surprising to learn things may not have gone as smoothly as we would have expected. Although it is great to know the store team was ultimately able to release the game, we definitely want you to receive any promotions you may have qualified for. This would require the order to be marked as complete.
