I ordered a logitech c270 as the website said it was in stock online and would arrive in early but after I ordered it I learned that the order has been put into backorder and there is no known delivery date.
I've been trying to cancel my order for the past few days but every time I click the cancel order I get an error message that the order has not been found.
I've been finding it impossible to contact best buy. The email option on the website also gives me an error message and they are not taking phone calls.
Please cancel my order.
