same issues...I ordered an ibuypower desktop on Nov 24th, and the delayed is rediculous, I have to wait for more than two weeks. However, i got an email saying the item is shipped on last friday, and nothing happens after that, I still don't know when my item will arrived. I posted on the message board and none of them reply, really disappointed. Now I started to think it's just a new tactic.

That truly is exceptional customer service! Hope your son gets his CPU before Christmas. The holiday time is perfect to game, no school, lots of joy and brand new CPU! My status still says if you dont receive product byb 29th they will cancel the order. I really dont want to cancel, since waiting over 3 weeks. DO THIS FOR THE KIDS BESTBUY! DO THE RIGHT THING, OR MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMERS.

I got my ibuypower desktop few hours ago, and its not working when we plug into the monitor it said no signal. So we went to the nearest bestbuy and its not working on their monitor either. Now we have to return it and wait until Dec 27th, and it might delay. the woman said she desn't know.

I was not able to locate your order using the email address associated with your Forum account but I can provide some general information. Typically iBUYPOWER computers come directly from the manufacturer and not from Best Buy inventory. Because of this, the computer must be produced before it can be sent to you. This is typically the cause of a delay for these orders.

This is such a joke. Has anyone received their CPU yet? I tried calling the call center and they dont why the delays are happening. I went to the store, they told me to try the call center. Why can you give us some answers? All we want are the computers we ordered. Is that so much to ask? BestBuy stop pushing the blame on IBUYPOWER. We purchased this though you now live up to it, make it right on your end.

Order placed 12/05/17 still no word other than the delay for my in-store pickup on mine.
Customer care directed me to another department but I don't think anyone but iBuyPower knows where the hell the status is at.
I don't mind waiting and I'd prefer that they not cancel it on the 5th if it isn't ready by then, but I'd like the option to cancel if *right now* it's definitely not going to be ready. They said it's "in process" the same way it was 'in process" before and after the delay.
Not really mad, but it's been tying up my credit in the meantime and I would've just bought a different prebuilt during the wait. The dang desktop is still availble for purchase, how long are new orders going to take then? Dang frig.
