Hey I wanted to cancel my order but am getting the "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again later. " issue. I have not been charged yet and would not like to be. Please assist as soon as you can.

You have to move pretty quickly in order to cancel an order, usually within 30 minutes or so. You can try to call in and see if the order is able to be canceled instead of waiting for a reply here. There may be a wait on hold, but 1-888-BEST-BUY is usually the quickest avenue for support.
