I pre-ordered an LG G8ThinQ phone and I received an email indicating that my order was delayed and there was no date given when the item would be delivered. I needed the phone by the 12th as I was getting it as a present for my wife. I am unable to cancel my order online. Please help as I will need to source elsewhere or get something else altogether. Thank you.
