I will never conduct any business with Best Buy again. I was excited to purchase an item in store, instead of ordering it on Amazon. First the order was late. I contacted BestBuy customer support on two different occasions but was told that because the order was in transit there was nothing they would do. In fact, I had to ask several times for Best Buy to contact the shipping carrier they were using to find out the issue. Eventually I identified, by contacting the carrier myself, that the order was lost. Eventually it was resolved, by no help of best buy, and I received the item. They are telling me I am now inelligible for a return because I'm out side of the return window. If you look at OnTrac's website (the cheap carrier of BestBuy's choice) you will find many many reviews of undelivered packages, false delivery claims, and lost/stolen packages. Why BestBuy uses this carrier is beyond me. This is maddening beyond words! Especially considering that Amazon offered me a similar price on the item, shipped in two days, with great and friendly return policy. Never again!
