I ordered a car stereo installation service through BestBuy.com and set an appointment to have the service performed. Yesterday I got a call from the store where the service was scheduled and they told me they can't perform the service because they no longer have a tech there. No other Best Buy in my area is able to schedule me to get it done in the time window that I need it done, so I'm going to get it done by someone else that can. I called 1-888-BEST-BUY to try to cancel my order and get a refund. I got transferred to AT LEAST 8 different operators, at one point was left on hold for over 20 minutes, and ultimately ended up getting transferred to a physical store that had no idea why they would transfer me there to deal with an online purchase. They wasted over an hour of my time. I just want my money back for a service that I'm not going to use. Can I get that done here?

That is definitely unfortunate to hear as most of our stores have AutoTechs and, should one depart, a replacement is found shortly after.
